Previously at Arcadis, I sourced difficult-to-find specialists including hydrologists, water technology leaders, transmission and distribution engineers, and heritage consultants across Dutch, German and French markets. I use proactive talent mapping and focused sourcing strategies to maintain a flow of qualified candidates.

I've also delivered 360-degree recruitment for DHL and DSV through ManpowerGroup and filled 11 permanent and temporary roles within seven months at Language Matters. I work fluently across German, French, Dutch, English and Mandarin, bringing an international perspective to candidate engagement and stakeholder relationships.
