What I'm looking for

I'm looking for international or remote HR roles where I can support recruitment, payroll, employee records, compliance, and employee relations using digital HR and collaboration tools.

I've supported HR operations at the Organisation for Public Health Interventions and Development (OPHID) since 2018, progressing from Human Resources Graduate Trainee to Human Resources Assistant.

I coordinate recruitment from vacancy advertising through onboarding and administer BELINA Payroll for 400+ employees. I prepare ZIMRA, NSSA, medical aid, and pension remittances while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and statutory compliance.

I support employee relations, disciplinary processes, grievances, contracts, leave records, timesheets, and audit-ready HR documentation. My experience spans NGO and public-sector environments, including an HR internship at Zimbabwe Revenue Authority.

I'm comfortable working across HRIS, payroll systems, spreadsheets, CRM tools, and remote collaboration platforms including Slack and Asana. I bring organised, deadline-driven HR support to hybrid and remote teams.
