I'm building and shipping production AI agent systems, including Orbis AI, a multi-agent operating system for independent restaurants, and Ditto Voice, a live multi-tenant AI receptionist running on a US phone line.

At ORBIS AI, I architected eight specialist agents behind an event-envelope router, 60+ scheduled jobs, and isolated multi-tenant Postgres databases. I integrated Stripe, QuickBooks Online, and Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API directly, while directing a contract engineering team.

I also designed Ditto Voice end to end: a 24/7 voice agent supporting English, Russian, and Spanish across barbershop, dental, restaurant, and auto-shop workflows. My Lead Machine outreach engine autonomously finds prospects, diagnoses websites, and drafts personalized outreach for review.

Before AI, I spent two decades running operations and leading teams of up to 400 across hospitality, restaurant openings, service operations, and resort P&L ownership. I build the agent, then drive adoption through the organization that has to use it.
