I’m looking to lead high-performing operations with measurable P&L impact, while building practical AI workflows and automation that help small businesses grow—pairing hands-on training and culture with modern SaaS tools.

I’m a high-volume restaurant operator and AI systems builder with 5+ years of P&L ownership, training, and rollout leadership. I opened the first Raising Cane’s in Rhode Island, delivering $8M year-one revenue (33% above projection) and now run a $5M+ AVU at 23% EBITDA with food cost under 22%.

I earned a “Designated Training Restaurant” designation by building onboarding workflows that I’ve used to train and certify 20+ managers across the region. I also founded AI Business Lab, where I implement AI workflows and automation tools for small businesses—owning discovery through rollout and end-user training, and shipping an AI-powered website builder as a core offering.
