I built NeverMissLeadsNow, a live autonomous AI voice receptionist that captures missed calls, qualifies leads, and triggers SMS follow-up without human intervention. I own its agent architecture, AI integrations, Stripe billing, provisioning, and marketing funnel.

Through AI Guy on the Fly, I partner with business owners to deploy custom lead-generation agents, retrieval-grounded chat, voice agents, and unattended follow-up pipelines. I've also shipped an embeddable AI website chatbot and live speech and text translation products in active use.

I manage the full technical stack solo, including Claude and GPT models, Vapi, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, Node.js/Express, Python, Docker, cloud VMs, nginx/SSL, and webhook-driven deployments.

Before building agent systems, I spent 20 years building revenue organizations and closing B2B business. I grew Versatile Merchant Services from its first employee to more than 4,000 outside agents, increased annual revenue from $100K to over $2M, and now bring that sales discipline to products I build myself.
