I’m looking to design AI automation and voice-agent workflows, integrate CRMs and APIs, and partner with teams to improve customer experience and revenue with measurable, scalable results.

I’m an AI Solutions Engineer who turns complex processes into practical automation—especially AI voice agents and workflow systems. I focus on outcomes: improving efficiency, strengthening customer experience, and increasing revenue.

In my current role, I design and deploy AI automation systems and voice agents that streamline operations and create measurable impact. I build inbound and outbound AI phone agents for support, sales outreach, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups—then connect them to CRMs, calendars, SMS/email, payment processors, and 50+ third-party APIs. I also architect RAG-powered solutions using LangChain and vector databases for document retrieval, internal knowledge bases, and AI chat assistants.

As a freelance AI automation consultant, I help startups, SMEs, and local businesses implement production-level voice agents and CRM-integrated automation. I design lead qualification and routing systems that automate client intake and smoothly transfer qualified leads to sales teams, reducing operational costs and improving response times.
