I founded and run Emiday, an independent Lagos real estate consultancy providing brokerage, sales, and financing services to developers, investors, individuals, and corporates. Since 2021, I’ve brokered more than $3.5M across residential and commercial sales, rentals, and joint ventures.

I manage the full deal lifecycle, from client acquisition and sourcing through negotiation, financing structuring, and close. In 2026, I structured and facilitated more than ₦5 billion in real estate financing, while building a distributed agent network across Nigeria and the US.

Previously, at AfriOne & Obsidian Archerner, I contributed to over $10M in FX transaction volume and identified commodity strategies that generated about $1M in savings. At Transcorp Hotels and Estate Intel, I led partnerships, SEO, market positioning, and growth initiatives, including 60% month-over-month growth in monthly active users over six months.

I also founded Man Up Initiative, using programmes, events, and partnerships to support young men through service, accountability, and vulnerability.
