I’m looking to lead luxury real estate growth—owning brand strategy, content and digital campaigns, and data-driven market intelligence to generate qualified HNI and diaspora leads, while building trust with institutional partners.

I’m a results-driven marketing and business development executive with 5+ years in the Abuja luxury real estate market. As Principal of Alux Realty, I build a high-converting marketing engine that blends cinematic property storytelling, data-backed market intelligence, and strategic digital campaigns to attract HNI and diaspora investors.

I founded and lead a boutique luxury real estate consultancy with a marketing-first philosophy, designing full-suite strategies across social media, content, digital campaigns, and event-based activations. I also pioneered data-backed market reports that position Alux Realty as a trusted authority in Abuja’s high-end property space.

In my role as Investment Advisor at Bilaad Realty, I orchestrated high-level negotiations between HNIs and the project development company and managed end-to-end client satisfaction—from site inspection to key handover. I consistently generated and managed prospect pipelines through strategic prospecting, referrals, and client engagement, contributing to revenue growth.

Earlier, I drove property marketing initiatives and client-facing events as a Realtor, and I supported operational delivery as an Admin Officer II in the Ministry of Health.
