I've built and scaled financial-services and online brokerage businesses across Africa, leading commercial growth, market entry, revenue, deposits and strategic partnerships.

As Commercial Director for West and East Africa at a Forex Brokerage, I lead operations across Nigeria, Ghana, Benin, Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. I manage a US$14M annual revenue and client-deposit portfolio, lead a 15-person commercial organization, oversee 450+ IB relationships, and support 8,000+ funded accounts.

At Equiti Group, I built the Nigerian business from the ground up, creating its market-entry strategy, sales and business-development functions, partner ecosystem and local brand presence. I led an 18-person team, grew client deposits beyond US$1M, delivered 50%+ revenue growth, reduced operating costs by 30%, improved retention by 30%, and maintained 100% regulatory compliance.

Earlier, I expanded sales and partnership ecosystems with Hantec Markets and Alpari Group across West and East Africa. My work includes onboarding trading academies, growing regional sales, developing IB and affiliate networks, and launching Trade & Chill in Nigeria.
