I’ve worked at Charizma Dental Clinic as a Customer Service & Front Desk Officer, scheduling, confirming, and coordinating patient appointments while managing communication across WhatsApp, emails, calls, and physical visits. I register new patients, keep accurate records with confidentiality in mind, and handle payment records and related documentation.

At DYB Africa, I supported customer inquiries from inbound leads and guided prospective students through training programs and enrollment. I qualified leads based on customer goals, updated customer records, and helped deliver post-enrollment support.

Before that, I served as an Assistant Teacher through NYSC, supporting classroom instruction, student supervision, attendance records, and daily classroom administration while communicating with students, parents, and colleagues.

Early on, at ZUMMIT Africa as a Junior Marketing & Communications Associate (Intern), I helped run digital marketing campaigns, responded to inquiries across digital platforms, and supported content development using Canva and AI tools.
