I’m looking for a role where I can lead strategic talent acquisition, strengthen internal talent pipelines, and scale onboarding and training that improves performance and culture—while partnering closely with HR leadership to drive measurable hiring outcomes.

I’m a Human Resources professional with over 10 years of experience across talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and employee development. In my current role as Manager – Talent Acquisition in Karachi, I lead end-to-end recruiting and selection across organizational levels to secure top talent.

I’ve built stronger internal talent pipelines by enhancing internal recruitment and implementing a regional talent review process for critical roles. I also run proactive sourcing to identify passive talent, and I partner with leadership to execute manpower planning for assigned units and departments.

Beyond hiring, I design and deliver corporate training programs to strengthen leadership skills, manage onboarding and job orientation processes, and support staff development initiatives aligned to organizational goals.
