I’m looking to lead franchise growth with data-driven, consultative recruitment systems—partnering with legal, marketing, and operations to match the right candidates to the right territories and maximize long-term franchise partner success.

I’m a results-driven franchise sales executive with 20+ years driving exponential revenue growth through strategic franchise recruitment, consultative selling, and multi-brand business development. I specialize in lead generation, candidate qualification, and navigating complex sales cycles—while partnering closely with legal, marketing, and operational teams.

As Chief Executive Officer/Founder of THREO, I build and scale a franchise consulting and candidate acquisition operation that generates, educates, qualifies, and advances franchise candidates from initial interest to signed agreement. I lead a multi-disciplinary team of 40 and designed full-cycle franchise sales systems, including outbound sourcing, financial qualification, brand matching, validation preparation, and agreement progression—closing 30 franchise territories in my best year and earning $351K in commissions.
