I’m looking to lead partnerships and marketplace or platform growth in health/fitness and adjacent sectors—owning deal structuring, cross-functional execution, and sustainable unit economics, with room to build from zero and scale enterprise and multi-unit outcomes.

I’m a senior partnerships and business development executive with 25+ years structuring external-partner business lines across healthcare-adjacent, hospitality, health and fitness, real estate, and franchise. I’m a founder-operator who took a two-sided service-provider marketplace (FitHire) from whiteboard to live platform with paid subscriptions in 2 years.

At Coach360, I’m currently co-founder, COO, and CFO—directing cross-functional teams across content, digital media, webmaster/SEO, FitHire development, and third-party event production. I launched FitHire, owned the product spec, guided engineering sprints, led go-to-market, and personally negotiated sponsor roster with frameworks across subscription, fixed-fee, and performance-threshold constructs.

I also bring deep enterprise deal execution: I closed 5 exclusive Master Franchise Agreements across Asia-Pacific, delivering 8-figure cumulative licensed territory value, and I’ve contributed to $100M+ in cumulative initial franchise fees across 1,000+ US agreements and 200+ international master franchise deals. On the operations side, I held full multi-unit P&L responsibility at Daily Jam and sustained 15+% EBITDA—plus initiated and launched the catering revenue stream.
