What I'm looking for

I’m looking for Operations, Integrations, or Project/Program Management roles where I can own partner onboarding, troubleshoot REST API and production incidents, and drive process improvements across engineering, operations, and commercial teams.

I’m an Operations & Integrations Specialist with a track record of taking partner integrations from kickoff to go-live. I coordinate configuration, testing, validation, and clear stakeholder communication so operational, technical, and commercial teams stay aligned.

At Moment, I support the successful onboarding and stability of payment partners by investigating technical issues, coordinating integrations, and collaborating with engineering to resolve production incidents. I manage support tickets through Jira, Freshdesk, and Azure DevOps, troubleshoot REST API integration issues by analyzing payloads and responses, and run UAT/end-to-end testing to validate transaction flows.

Previously at Flash Group, I led end-to-end onboarding for partners integrating onto Flash platforms—owning the process from setup through operational readiness. I acted as the connective tissue between engineering, operations, and commercial teams, triaged and resolved system incidents, improved onboarding efficiency by maintaining documentation, and supported process/change initiatives so the next person doesn’t hit the same snag.
