I’m a technical support and systems operations professional with experience across FinTech and B2B SaaS, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a major in Cloud Computing. My background combines technical troubleshooting, application support, systems operations, and supplier implementation and onboarding, giving me a practical understanding of how software systems work and how technical issues affect business operations.
Throughout my experience, I have supported SaaS applications, investigated system and workflow failures, performed root cause analysis, troubleshot access, configuration, integration, and data synchronization issues, and coordinated escalations with Product, Engineering, and QA teams. I have also worked across supplier onboarding, platform enablement, SLA monitoring, technical documentation, and process improvement. I bring a methodical approach to problem-solving, strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and an interest in identifying the underlying causes of technical issues rather than simply addressing their immediate symptoms.
I am interested in opportunities that align with my current experience and long-term career goals, particularly Technical Support, Product Support, Application Support, Technical Operations, and Systems Support. My experience in FinTech and B2B SaaS also positions me well for implementation and onboarding opportunities within fintech SaaS companies, where I can combine technical troubleshooting with platform configuration, integration support, and helping customers and suppliers adopt systems successfully.
My technical development is focused on strengthening my knowledge of cloud computing, networking, and infrastructure. I hold the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification and the Microsoft Introduction to Networking certificate. I am currently studying for the Cisco CCNA and Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) certifications, with exams planned for March. Alongside my academic studies, I am committed to building practical technical skills that complement my industry experience and prepare me for increasingly infrastructure-focused responsibilities.
Ultimately, I want to build a career around understanding technology, solving complex problems, improving system reliability, and making technical processes more efficient. I bring hands-on industry experience, a continuous-learning mindset, and the ability to connect technical problem-solving with the operational needs of a business, while steadily progressing toward my long-term goals in cloud and infrastructure engineering.
