I have been in the IT Field since 2008. I picked up several Microsoft certifications as well as a Level 3 NVQ in ICT Practitioners. I have worked my way from building machines in a workshop to managing the IT in the firm I work at now. I have had experience as a field engineer and desktop support during those times as well.

Onsite IT Technician looking after around 60 users with a mix of workstations and laptops. Day to day duties include monitor the server performances, backups, IT asset repair and inventory. While working here I lead the move from one office to another in regards to the IT systems and did a lot of the network patching. I am a trained first aider in the office.
