I'm currently a Service Coordinator at Malin, following logistics coordination and dispatch roles at Rone Engineering, Stevens Transport, and UPS.
At Rone Engineering, I dispatched technicians across Austin, San Antonio, and Houston, set up new jobs and accounts, handled high call volumes, and ensured technicians had the equipment needed to complete assigned work.
At Stevens Transport, I tracked missing equipment and coordinated driver dispatch, flights, and travel plans. During my UPS experience, I managed more than 30 drivers, maintained driver logs and schedules, communicated delivery delays to customers, and coordinated trailer and route activity across departments.
I'm looking to expand my knowledge and skill set while bringing hands-on experience in transportation, fleet coordination, customer support, data entry, scheduling, and team communication.
