I’m a reliable, detail-oriented logistics and operations professional with experience in fast-paced warehouse, dispatch, and customer service environments. I coordinate delivery logistics, manage route changes in real time, and keep communication accurate between drivers, customers, and dispatch systems.

In my dispatcher role for Lowe’s home delivery operations, I coordinated delivery schedules for appliances and large-item orders, communicated directly with truck drivers, and supported daily delivery flow. I also handled customer rescheduling requests by updating delivery appointments accordingly.

Earlier, I served in front-end leadership at H-E-B—starting as a Bagger, then promoted to Cashier, and selected for Assistant Manager training within 5 months.
