What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support people through complex systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and solve problems with accuracy. I want fast-paced work that values confidentiality, clear communication, and consistent quality results.

In my role as a Disability Specialist, I guided clients through complex disability application processes, accurately entering and maintaining sensitive information across multiple systems. I reviewed documentation for completeness, identified discrepancies, and ensured compliance with strict guidelines while keeping confidentiality at the center of my work.

I also handled the parts of the job that people remember—explaining complicated steps in a simple, user-friendly way and helping clients navigate online systems. I resolved application and account issues, helped clients upload required documents, and supported them through digital processes with patience and clarity.

Before that, I built strong problem-solving and support experience through customer-facing roles and data-focused work. As a Customer Service Representative handling 75 to 80 inbound calls daily, I processed sensitive payments, answered provider and customer concerns about RX shipments, and reported potential adverse events in a timely manner.

I bring additional operational strength from fundraising and field/project work, including planning and execution of special fundraising events with report generation, data entry, and sponsor tracking. I’ve led teams of 4 or more on daily metrics, maintained accurate records, and delivered consistent quality control through daily and weekly reporting.
