What I'm looking for
In my role as a Disability Specialist, I guided clients through complex disability application processes, accurately entering and maintaining sensitive information across multiple systems. I reviewed documentation for completeness, identified discrepancies, and ensured compliance with strict guidelines while keeping confidentiality at the center of my work.
