I'm looking for an operations, public administration, or investigative support role where I can gather and evaluate information, resolve complex concerns, coordinate teams and processes, and improve service delivery with professionalism and discretion.

At Buckeye Power Sales, I coordinate daily operations for a 25-technician field service team across Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Michigan, managing approximately 75 assignments each day.
