What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an IT operations role where I can apply my CompTIA A+ certification and hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows, Linux, and network systems.

At Rose Brothers Automotive, I managed the multi-line phone system and ALLDATA client database. I routed service escalations and coordinated technician appointments using Google Calendar.

At Cape Fear Community College, I configured VLANs and troubleshot network connectivity in Cisco Packet Tracer. I diagnosed DHCP and DNS issues with Wireshark packet analysis and documented resolution steps for incident tracking.

I graduated from Cape Fear Community College with associate degrees in Information Technology Networking and Information Technology, and hold the CompTIA A+ certification. My hands-on experience includes Windows, Linux, and network troubleshooting.
