I am an IT professional focused on network administration, cybersecurity, and reliable infrastructure operations, holding a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a CompTIA Network+ certification.

In my current role as Regional Operations Center Specialist at Spectrum, I monitor and analyze network infrastructure with enterprise-level NMS tools, support planned maintenance and upgrade windows, and maintain incident logs and outage reports aligned with ITIL best practices. Previously as an IT Technician at Brockport Information Technology Service, I troubleshot and repaired desktops and peripherals, administered user accounts, and documented system configurations and security protocols.

I have designed network topologies using Cisco Packet Tracer—configuring routers, subnets, switches, and endpoints for end-to-end connectivity—and I seek hands-on roles where I can secure and optimize infrastructure while continuing technical growth.
