What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead customer success work that strengthens adoption, retention, and long-term customer outcomes, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to turn customer feedback into meaningful operational improvements.

At HUNGRY, I lead customer success across 19 U.S. and Canadian markets, translating Voice of Customer insights from 300+ accounts into operational improvements that reduce churn and strengthen client experience.

I've managed full customer lifecycles—from onboarding and adoption through renewals, retention, and expansion—across fintech, HR tech, supply chain SaaS, public sector software, and food tech. At Syncron, I supported strategic enterprise and mid-market SaaS accounts through success planning, QBRs, executive reviews, customer health monitoring, and cross-functional feedback with product and engineering.

Earlier, I helped build Albert's customer operations function as an early employee, creating onboarding workflows, training materials, and escalation processes from the ground up. I bring a practical, relationship-driven approach to helping customers realize long-term value.
