At Iron Clad Delivery LLC, I founded and launched an Amazon Delivery Service Partner from the ground up. I developed operational automation and reporting tools that integrate Amazon operational data to support decision-making.
I direct end-to-end operations and partner with Amazon leadership on operational KPIs, safety, delivery quality, and service execution. I also designed HR systems, onboarding, payroll, SOPs, dispatch workflows, safety programs, and compliance processes.
At Amazon Logistics DUT2, I launched the first Delivery Station in Utah County and helped launch SSD, which ranked #1 on the 2023 SSD Launch Scorecard. The station consistently outperformed territory safety metrics and achieved the most efficient Delivery Package Per Hour metric in the Northwest.
Earlier, at Amazon NAFC SLC1, I operated the top-performing shift through peak 2019 and onboarded more than 400 associates and two managers. I hold an MBA from the University of Utah and am Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.
