I’m looking for a fast-paced role where I can bring structure and clarity to complex work—owning timelines, stakeholder communication, and execution across remote teams and multi-workstream initiatives.

I’m an operations, project management, and campaign professional with 8+ years of experience leading complex initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and coordinating logistics to keep high-volume work on track.

Across remote and multi-state environments, I recruit, train, and supervise large teams; build project plans and timelines; and manage stakeholder communication—translating strategy into clear execution with strong attention to detail.

I’ve led statewide programs and campaign initiatives, planning and executing virtual and in-person programs end to end—from scheduling and speaker coordination to event materials and post-event follow-up—while driving follow-through through recurring coalition and team meetings.

In prior roles, I managed full project lifecycles using CRM systems, maintained scope and budget consistency, and improved performance by using qualitative and quantitative data, testing engagement tactics, and delivering reporting that supports better decisions.
