I am a highly motivated Human Resource professional with a strong background in payroll management, compensation and benefits, talent management, and training and development. My experience includes managing employee records, conducting recruitment processes, and providing administrative support in fast-paced environments. I am passionate about fostering employee relations and enhancing organizational development.

Currently, I serve as a Human Resource Generalist at Muara Port Company Sdn Bhd, where I manage the monthly payroll process, oversee employee benefits, and lead recruitment efforts. My role also involves organizing training programs and preparing HR reports to support Human Capacity Development. I have a proven track record of successfully mentoring interns and collaborating with teams to achieve organizational goals.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Psychology, I am eager to contribute my skills and knowledge to the Australian workforce. I am particularly interested in roles that allow me to leverage my expertise in employee relations, training development, and recruitment.
