What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead multi-stakeholder projects at the intersection of research and strategy, drive change adoption, and keep teams aligned through structured delivery, reporting, and continuous improvement using Agile methods.

I work at the intersection of research, strategy, and execution, translating complex ideas into practical, real-world outcomes. As a Project Manager and Research Consultant with 5+ years of experience, I lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with a systems-based approach informed by Sociology and Anthropology.

I’ve owned end-to-end delivery across digital, business, and creative environments—coordinating production workflows and multilingual execution during film projects, and leading research and policy evaluation for the ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community (ASCC) Blueprint 2025 End-Term Review. In digital projects, I manage full lifecycle delivery, contribute to product strategy, and define success metrics while aligning engineering and clients.

I focus on structured reporting, quality assurance, and continuous improvement to keep deliverables consistent and adoption on track. I bring strong stakeholder and team management skills, remove operational bottlenecks, and facilitate decision-making so teams can execute smoothly even when requirements evolve.
