What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a People & Culture role where I can partner with executives, use people data to shape strategy, and lead performance, engagement, and compliant employee relations—driving change while building sustainable talent pipelines.

I’m a People and Culture professional with 7+ years of progressive experience across Talent Management, Workforce Planning, and Strategic HR. I design and deliver people solutions aligned to business strategy, with a focus on succession planning, career development, and internal mobility.

In my current role at ADvTECH Group, I partner with leadership and executives as a trusted advisor on people strategy, culture, and organisational effectiveness. I drive performance management, engagement, and culture initiatives; support HR governance, labour practices, and compliance; and manage employee discipline processes, including preparation and support for hearings and CCMA-related work.

I’ve also led recruitment governance and data-driven insights as a Talent Acquisition Manager, building monthly HR dashboards and executive reporting to support transformation and retention. Across my roles, I strengthen capability through coaching and people-centered interventions, conduct workplace investigations with actionable recommendations, and use people data to deliver recommendations, risk mitigation, and sustainable talent pipelines.
