I’m a resourceful Medical Assistant with over 4 years of experience in remote healthcare delivery, chronic disease management, and patient advocacy. I facilitate remote healthcare, coach patients, and monitor treatment adherence to help improve outcomes.

In my current role as a Remote Medical Assistant – Clinical Navigator, I execute provider-prescribed activities while adhering to established clinical policies. I provide personalized one-on-one coaching and use advanced remote monitoring technologies to track patient trajectories and ensure care plans are followed.

Previously, as a Remote Charge Medical Assistant, I supervised and guided a team to deliver high-quality patient care and maintain protocol adherence. I managed operational workflows like patient scheduling and task assignments, served as the primary liaison for escalated concerns, and trained new staff on EMR/EHR systems and telemedicine practices.

Earlier, as a Remote Health Navigator, I conducted patient outreach and supported follow-ups for lab work and prescriptions. I also assisted with insurance navigation, referrals, and appointment scheduling, collaborated with providers on chronic care programs, and maintained EMR/EHR documentation with regulatory compliance in mind.
