I’m looking for remote opportunities where I can use telehealth and care coordination to support patients, manage intake and documentation, and coordinate insurance and prior authorizations—while collaborating with providers and teams to improve patient outcomes.

I’m a Bilingual Certi ed Medical Assistant with 8+ years of experience in remote patient support, telemedicine, and care coordination. I focus on high-volume communication, resolving patient concerns, and keeping care moving through accurate documentation and follow-through.
