I've led enterprise transformation, governance, and operational improvement across healthcare, financial services, government, nonprofit, and life sciences organizations. At the University of Maryland Medical System, I directed IT operations and business management for a $200M technology portfolio supporting 13 hospitals, delivering $6M in recurring annual savings and reducing project overruns by 40%.
