I manage a portfolio of more than 40 federal and state grants at Central Council Tlingit & Haida Indian Tribes of Alaska, coordinating program leaders, finance, partners, and funding agencies to meet compliance requirements and program objectives. I develop budgets, project plans, reporting schedules, performance measures, and sustainability insights for Tribal programs and community services.
Previously, I directed operations for Sunshine Community Health Center, a three-site Federally Qualified Health Center serving rural and underserved communities. I opened an additional clinical site, implemented school-based behavioral health, medication-assisted treatment, and chronic disease education programs, and helped achieve Patient-Centered Medical Home recognition through organization-wide quality improvement.
