At Buckner Family Hope Center, I directed full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, staff training, budgeting, financial forecasting, grant compliance, donor reporting, and multi-site program evaluation. I also expanded regional programs through partnerships with municipal leaders, school districts, healthcare systems, and higher education partners.

At UTRGV, I recruited and trained clinical and administrative staff, led the expansion of mental health and gynecological services across clinics and a mobile medical unit, and managed grant-funded budgets, contracts, data tracking, and compliance infrastructure.

At Cognosante on a CMS contract, I directed Affordable Care Act Marketplace enrollment teams, built data-informed outreach strategies, and ensured timely state reporting while passing federal audits with zero compliance deficiencies. I bring bilingual English and Spanish communication, distributed-team leadership, and a commitment to improving community health access.
