I am a grants and program management professional with more than six years of experience coordinating public health, community development, and nonprofit initiatives. At Leech Lake Financial Services, I support more than $3 million in active grant-funded housing, workforce, financial capability, and community development programming.

My experience spans the full grant lifecycle, including application development, implementation, budgets, reimbursements and drawdowns, compliance monitoring, reporting, audit readiness, and closeout. I coordinate leadership, program and finance staff, funders, government agencies, consultants, community partners, and participants to keep complex deliverables moving.

Previously, I coordinated chronic disease prevention and wellness initiatives for the Leech Lake Tribal Health Division and managed the Leech Lake Diabetes Program. That work included technical assistance, training, staff supervision, budgets, evaluation, stakeholder engagement, compliance, and reporting.

I am seeking a remote grants management, compliance, program operations, or public-sector program management role where I can combine strong documentation and implementation practices with culturally responsive service.
