At University of New Mexico Project ECHO, I managed operations for accredited healthcare education sessions, coordinating speaker onboarding, accreditation workflows, virtual event support, and follow-up. I partnered with faculty and clinical experts to prepare presentations and complete compliance documentation.
I partnered with the Clinical Director to design and implement an Airtable system for curriculum planning, speaker tracking, and grant deliverables. I also helped keep programs running through leadership transitions and trained incoming program managers.
At Arbour Counseling Services, I directed daily operations for a behavioral health billing department and oversaw intake operations. Earlier, I supported operational leadership for behavioral health programs, including billing compliance, state reporting, and waitlist management.
At Fenway Health, I connected adolescents living with HIV to healthcare, research opportunities, and community resources. At Santa Fe Recovery Center, I coordinated administrative operations and developed standardized forms and workflows.
