I’m a results-driven HR Business Partner with 13+ years of experience shaping people strategy, employee experience, and HR business partnering across large organizations. I partner with leadership teams to align HR initiatives to business goals and improve organizational effectiveness through structured people operations.
In my current role as HRBP, I manage the full employee lifecycle—workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, engagement, retention, and exits. I lead sensitive employee relations interventions, including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, whistle-blower investigations, and POSH cases with high confidentiality and compliance adherence.
I also drive performance and improvement using HR analytics and MIS dashboards to surface insights on attrition, hiring, productivity, and retention trends. Previously, as Regional HRBP for North India (1300+ employees) and as HRBP supporting 400+ employees, I strengthened culture through engagement programs and led performance management governance for 7+ years, building strong stakeholder relationships throughout.
