I’m an HR Business Partner focused on people solutions that tie directly to business outcomes—especially across the full employee lifecycle. With 1.5 years spanning Sales, Marketing, and Operations at Asian Paints and LehLah (ESSAR Group), I bring analytical rigor from a Civil Engineering background and a hands-on HR operating style.
At LehLah (ESSAR Group), I acted as the sole HRBP for 350+ employees, owning talent acquisition, onboarding, L&D, engagement, and change. I delivered 94.10% onboarding for 32 roles in 4 months, built HR dashboards for data-driven decisions, and supported leadership with engagement analytics presented to the CEO and ELTs.
