I’m looking for an HRBP/HR Manager role where I can own the employee lifecycle, drive talent acquisition and L&D, and use HR analytics to improve engagement and change outcomes—partnering closely with leadership in fast-moving teams.

I’m an HR Business Partner focused on people solutions that tie directly to business outcomes—especially across the full employee lifecycle. With 1.5 years spanning Sales, Marketing, and Operations at Asian Paints and LehLah (ESSAR Group), I bring analytical rigor from a Civil Engineering background and a hands-on HR operating style.

At LehLah (ESSAR Group), I acted as the sole HRBP for 350+ employees, owning talent acquisition, onboarding, L&D, engagement, and change. I delivered 94.10% onboarding for 32 roles in 4 months, built HR dashboards for data-driven decisions, and supported leadership with engagement analytics presented to the CEO and ELTs. I also led zero-disruption office relocation planning, driving resistance handling and comms to protect productivity.

At Asian Paints, I served as the sole HRBP for Sales & Marketing (350+ employees in the central division), managing onboarding, payroll coordination (PAN India), employee relations, and culture diagnostics. I’ve strengthened engagement through pulse surveys, rewards & recognition (including Fun Awards), and structured HR frameworks—while consistently reducing escalations and improving stakeholder alignment. I’m now targeting HRBP / HR Manager opportunities where people strategy, workforce planning, and HR analytics genuinely move the needle.
