I’m looking for an HR Business Partner role where I can own end-to-end employee lifecycle, drive engagement and retention with actionable MIS, and partner closely with business leaders in high-volume, multi-location environments.

I’m an accomplished HR Business Partner with 7+ years of progressive experience across BFSI, microfinance, and manufacturing. I own the full employee lifecycle—talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and offboarding—while partnering with business leaders to align HR strategy to business goals. I bring a strong analytical foundation through HR dashboards, MIS reporting, and attrition analysis, backed by an MHRM.

In my current role as Assistant Manager – HR & Talent Acquisition at Muthoot Microfin, I serve as the first-level HRBP for a geographically dispersed workforce, handling escalations and grievances while driving end-to-end onboarding and full-cycle hiring across concurrent roles. Previously at IndusInd Bank / BFIL, I supported a 1,000+ employee, multi-location operations base, delivered bulk recruitment (500+ positions), managed ER investigations and offboarding, and built HR MIS dashboards for leadership decisions.
