What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own accounts receivable and collections end-to-end, collaborate across Sales/Finance/Operations, and use data-driven dispute resolution to reduce DSO while supporting measurable sales and account growth.

I’m a billing, collections, and client-operations professional with 3+ years of experience managing high-value accounts, accounts receivable, and collections across EMEA, NA, GB, and APAC. I’m at my best turning messy billing, payment, and dispute situations into clear resolutions that protect retention and revenue. I also focus on measurable outcomes like DSO reduction, AR aging control, and consistent monthly collection targets.

In my current Billing and Invoicing Executive role at BT Group, I help drive revenue by achieving a 15% sales growth target while managing high-ARPU client accounts in the EMEA billing portfolio. I serve as the primary point of contact, negotiating resolutions to billing and payment disputes, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to support growth. I also monitor billing accuracy (98%+) and coordinate across Sales, Finance, Provisioning, and Technical Support to align account strategy and execution within SLA-driven workflows.
