What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue driving credit and collections outcomes, resolving disputes, improving AR reporting, and partnering with Billing, Sales, Customer Service, and stakeholders to reduce past-due balances.

I'm an accounts receivable and collections professional with 8+ years of experience across B2B and B2C credit, collections, dispute resolution, and AR reporting.

At Randstad Global Capability Centre, I collect on past-due accounts, investigate invoice and credit disputes, monitor high-risk accounts, and coordinate with Billing, Sales, and Customer Service teams.

I collaborated with managers to build the AR aging report from scratch and now own its monthly preparation and presentation using Excel and PeopleSoft.

Previously at Wipro and Genpact, I managed credit and collections activities, resolved billing discrepancies, handled account holds and payment applications, and supported continuous improvement as a Lean Champion.
