At Genpact supporting GE Healthcare, I manage 160+ UK customer accounts valued at $9.3M across the full Order to Cash cycle, from invoice queries through cash collection.
I prioritise collections by ageing, balance value, and payment risk while resolving disputes, reconciling accounts, and investigating unapplied cash, short payments, and credit balances.
Previously, I managed approximately $4M in disputed equipment invoices and reduced the outstanding balance to $1.3M through end-to-end investigation, cross-functional coordination, and accurate resolution.
I use SAP, Oracle, Siebel, Pega, EOM, and advanced Excel to improve payment performance, reduce aged debt and DSO, and protect cash flow. My work has earned the Best Dispute Analyst Award, a client Silver Award, and multiple quarterly recognitions.
