What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my Order-to-Cash, collections, billing, reconciliation, and reporting experience in a role focused on improving cash flow, resolving customer disputes, and managing global receivables.

I've managed high-value Accounts Receivable and collections portfolios at Accenture and Wipro, supporting global customers through billing, payment tracking, dispute resolution, and account reconciliation.

At Accenture, I contributed $16.2M in collections across 14 US-based accounts and supported a team result of $98M against a $95M target. I investigated invoice discrepancies, processed credit memos, and resolved unapplied cash to improve cash application and debt recovery.
