I’m looking to grow in a people-first restaurant leadership role—training new hires, improving daily operations, and delivering fast, friendly service while maintaining strict food-safety standards.

I’m an enthusiastic, hardworking manager with proven leadership skills and a track record of success through strong strategy and daily execution. I enjoy staying hands-on while supporting customers and keeping operations running smoothly.

In my role as FT deli kitchen lead at Food Lion, I assist customers in locating desired products and provide personalized recommendations based on individual preferences. I’m also confident in fast-paced service, cash handling, and maintaining consistent service quality through strong communication and phone etiquette.

Previously, as a Supervisor at Norfolk State University, I trained and onboarded new hires and helped prepare food for over 6000 students daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. With a Food Handler Certification and a focus on food safety, I bring dependable training, teamwork, and customer service to every shift.
