I’m a dedicated, results-oriented restaurant management professional with 7+ years leading teams, managing operations, and elevating the customer experience. I’m also ServSafe certified, and I take food safety and quality seriously in every shift.

As a Manager at Pages Place, I lead day-to-day operations to keep workflow smooth and guests happy. I manage scheduling, hiring, and staff training, and I oversee inventory procurement while maintaining cost-effective stock levels.

I step into kitchen operations—including cooking and food preparation—as needed to support the team and keep service running strong. I’ve also spearheaded business advertising deals to promote growth and visibility.

Before management, I strengthened my care-and-composure skills as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), providing safe transfers, hygiene assistance, feeding support, and maintaining detailed patient charts while following health protocols. I also built a strong customer-service foundation as a Sales Associate, handling cash registers, opening/closing procedures, and merchandising.
