I've built an open innovation platform from concept to delivery, and another agentic AI product for innovative Strategy delivery that is defensive from concept to production-ready products, translating founder-led ideas into usable platforms, workflows, operating models, and client outcomes.

I've shaped the Strategy product into an agentic-AI platform for government and enterprise strategy and policy development, defining user journeys, agent roles, prompts, human-review points, output formats, and commercial models. I work closely with technical contributors through build, testing, iteration, and deployment.

For the open innovation platform, I've led open-innovation programmes end to end, from challenge design and participant journeys to AI-assisted evaluation, human validation, winner communications, certificates, and client reporting.

I also build strategic-intelligence systems, go-to-market plans, responsible-AI guardrails, and repeatable operating assets. My work connects product, technology, commercial, governance, and delivery needs so platforms work in real operating environments.
