What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support individuals and families through healthcare, disability, education, benefits, and community-service systems, using bilingual communication, resource navigation, and collaborative care coordination to reduce barriers.

At The Arc of Snohomish County, I supported Arabic- and English-speaking individuals and families navigating healthcare, developmental-disability, therapy, education, benefits, and community services. I assess needs, coordinate referrals and applications, and explain DDA, ESIT, ABA, and IEP processes in clear language.

I've also provided individualized support to students with autism and other developmental disabilities at Seattle Public Schools. I bring bilingual Arabic-English communication, accurate documentation, confidentiality, and a calm, empathetic approach to helping families reduce barriers and move services forward.
