What I'm looking for

I'm seeking healthcare coordination, disability support, remote advocacy, client intake, case documentation, or resource navigation work where I can help individuals and families access services, maintain continuity of care, and navigate systems with dignity.

I've provided long-term healthcare, disability, caregiver, and service-access coordination for an individual with disabilities since 1996, organizing appointments, transportation, pharmacy visits, therapy carryover, benefits, and continuity of care.

As a remote Special Education Advocate and Administrative Support Contractor at Advocacy & Consultation Center for Educational Student Supports, I support families nationwide with intake, case setup, records management, IDEA and Section 504 research, virtual meetings, and confidential advocacy documentation.

My background also includes high-volume hybrid administration at Clayton Homes, executive administrative support at Benedictine University, parent advocacy, and family training. I bring 30 years of experience helping individuals, families, and stakeholders navigate services with dignity, clear communication, and organized follow-through.
