What I'm looking for
I’m an HR professional specializing in employee engagement, Learning & Development, and performance management across multi-country environments. I currently lead end-to-end Annual Engagement Survey cycles and coordinate talent, succession, and evaluation processes in SAP SuccessFactors.
I coordinate engagement surveys (including Point-in-Time), manage Learning Administration and Performance in SuccessFactors, and support employee evaluation processes. I also build Learning Academies, create learning and performance/L&D reports, run talent pools and successions, and coordinate LDDI activities across the USA and EU. Along the way, I manage policies for Working from Abroad, Proxy Management, and partner with external vendors to deliver scalable HR frameworks aligned with business strategy.
Before this role, I was an HR Associate—being the first point of contact for HR inquiries and resolving requests with high customer satisfaction. I created reporting using SAP, eKarnet, and ServiceNow, maintained SLA and quality standards, built Knowledge/FAQ bases, and continuously improved processes through close collaboration with partner teams.
