At Maison Pyramide, I joined as the founding HR hire and built the HR function from zero in Cairo, then expanded its infrastructure across Dubai and Riyadh. I established the policies, employment frameworks, and compliance operations supporting a workforce of more than 100 across three markets.
As Senior Regional HR Manager, I served as the strategic and operational HR leader across those markets, partnering with the CEOs and developing a four-person regional team.
