What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead regional HR operations where I can own end-to-end workforce planning, payroll/compliance, and talent acquisition, while improving HR systems, performance management, and employee engagement—backed by data-driven KPIs and continuous organizational development.

I’m a Regional HR & Administration Manager with 17+ years of experience across multinational companies and logistics/3PL environments. I lead full HR operations across regional offices (Egypt, KSA and UAE), managing payroll full cycle, compensation & benefits, recruitment lifecycle, workforce planning, and HR budget/reporting while ensuring compliance with Egyptian labor laws and internal HR policies.

I’ve built HR systems and people processes end-to-end—handling employment relations, medical insurance, annual leave/sick leave administration, performance management systems, and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) aligned with organizational development objectives. From HR Head and HR Section Head roles to earlier HR Supervisor and HR Specialist positions, I’ve designed HR KPIs, salary structures and grading systems, improved SOPs and HR policies, and supported international employees with administrative processes—currently advancing with SPHRi (In Progress).
